Wood, answered.
Cedar or pressure-treated?+
Cedar resists rot naturally and ages to a silver-gray. PT spruce costs less and takes stain well. We'll recommend based on your yard.
Should I stain or seal it?+
Optional. A quality stain in year one adds 5–10 years of life and locks in color.
How long will a wood fence last?+
Cedar installed correctly lasts 20–25 years. Pressure-treated spruce, 15–20. Rotted-post life is the usual failure — our footings are engineered to prevent that.
Can I do horizontal slat?+
Yes. We build modern flush horizontal slat on steel posts with hidden fasteners for a clean architectural finish.
Do you build custom heights?+
Yes — we mill non-standard heights, picket tops, and full custom panels to match architecture.
